If you've had any of these thoughts lately
“I have been to the grocery store 4 times this week and there are so many other things I’d rather be doing with my time.”
“I have no idea what to cook today and I’m sick of eating the same things over and over.”
“I am so tired of making decisions all day, when I get home even one more is too many.”
“I want to eat more whole foods but salads are so boring.”
“I want to eat healthy but I don’t want a fad diet, I need a lifestyle change.”
I'm here to help
Food creates unnecessary stress in our lives and we waste so much time and energy searching for a solution, trying every fad diet there is, only to be left unsatisfied after every meal which inevitably gets us back to where we started.
Everyone wants to be healthy and feel good about themselves but we have the notion that eating clean, whole foods means boring salads day in and day out.
What we all need is not a diet, but a life-style change, and that’s what I want to help you with. You can eat healthy and feel satisfied just by making smart choices in what goes on your plate and I have a huge bank of recipes that I am dying to share with you so that you too can be healthy while trying new delicious meals.
I am Taylor and I too got tired of trying new diets only to quickly become bored with the food, not feel any better, and fail at whatever diet I was on. Having a background in chemistry helped me start a journey to get a better idea of what makes up a healthy meal while still feeling satisfied. I learned that the key to feeling satisfied after eating is in the macro-nutrient ratios of your meals and calorie density of what goes on your plate. In a nut shell this boils down to getting the proper amount of protein and shifting to whole foods over processed/packaged foods. This led me to start developing menus to test out my findings so that my family could start eating healthy without leaving the table hungry or unsatisfied.
But as I love to cook, having a few repeat meals was not enough for me, I wanted to be able to try something new every day. And so, over the years I’ve built a substantial bank of recipes so that I can feed myself and my family healthy, flavorful meals without getting bored. Now I would love to help you do the same by planning your meals so that you too can try new, delicious, healthy meals every week!
