We all know and love the classic basil pesto. If you have not given yourself enough credit yet to try making it from scratch today’s the day to change that. Fresh pesto is great as a pasta sauce or can brighten up any seared meat. Any new recipe seems intimidating but it really is pretty simple to prepare, all you need is a small food processor (for single serving batches I’ve even used a coffee grinder) and you can have fresh pesto ready in no time.
